Creation: Embla - 003 was created by Dolphin Ein 1 in 2037, following the events that lead to the destabilisation of W-001. Contracts with Anderson Robotics, The Factory and MC&D are to be established in all timelines in order to import the raw materials into the Olken Nexus.

Dolphin Research Team Sjau handles all the production of Embla - 003; any problems with your current 003 device must be reported immediately. You will not receive repercussions for damages of Embla - 003, however, utilising Embla - 003 while damaged can cause permanent effects on the user such as gaining phantom limbs.

Description: Embla - 003 is a small anomalous metal wristwatch, part of the standard field agents kit. Embla - 003 is able to transport Agents to different timeline streams (listed in Current Affected Timelines), this allows rapid deployment of squads to affected areas of the timelines.

Embla-003: Introduction Guide:

Arrival in foreign timeline:

• To get to the current investigated timeline [W192] please insert the coin into the back of the watch.
• Next, rotate the adjustment button to the right ninety degrees. Push the button once completed.
• Exit the arrival building and locate the current headquarters. The location will be sent to you.
• YOU MUST store the coin somewhere safe.

Departure from foreign timeline:

• Retrieve the coin
• Insert it into the back of the watch once again.
• Next, rotate the adjustment button to the left ninety degrees. Push the button once completed.
• Head to debriefing with your department head.

Embla - 003 must not fall into the hands of any other Groups. Potential effects on all timelines could be huge as other Groups seek to travel along the causal timeline or affect the fates of other timelines. If an Agent is found to be missing, Protocol "Watch Out" must be enacted as soon as possible.

New Agents must be given the attached information below regarding the usage of Embla - 003, proper training is to be given detailing the use of the object.

Dr Evans Research notes:

• Embla - 003 can only travel the histories of objects it is currently in contact with.
• It utilises a cross-timeline syncing effect, thus its user can traverse along with the history of the object into different causal timelines.
• The speed of the watch hand's rotation is dependant on the divergence of the object from baseline reality.

Current Affected Timelines of Interest:

W-019	20-degree rotation	A timeline on the brink of collapse, extensive intervention is being considered currently to regain balance Update: timeline has collapsed entirely as of the year 3053. No attempt to access this timeline is to be allowed by any Agent.
W-104	50-degree rotation	A timeline where the GOC and Foundation have engaged in a brutal war of attrition due to unrest on both sides. Anderson Robotics is a large supplier to both sides of the war. A small group of Chameleons within Anderson's company are to be contacted for any entrance into this timeline.
W-253	70-degree rotation	A timeline with no known anomalies currently. Basic infrastructure is set up for the containment of dangerous objects by governments. No interference is currently necessary.
